Do you want to learn? Why?
If the answer to the first question is yes, the answer to the second brings more depth to the first question. On the job or in our work place learning is part of advancement most of the time. To increase our skill is to connect with the needs of our employer at the work place and often time brings more compensation. Our increased skill brings more job security, and often adds to our peace of mind because of our connection with those who have worked on increasing there skilled trade.
To say I want to learn, one must be willing to work, and more importantly be open to accepting the beginning of knowledge. We as humans are small part of what has been set in motion from the beginning of time to honor one much greater than ourselves with our lives. This truth provides as it is understood, a much greater path for our individual lives to be blessed abundantly. To respect our creator is the beginning of understanding of how to respect our neighbor (friend, co-worker, acquaintances, etc…), it also builds on positive character from the inside to reflect on the outside of who we are.
Proverbs 1 v7 ~The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
