“Because thou shalt forget thy misery, and remember it as waters that pass away:…” Job 11 v16
Time has came, and time has gone, and now it has came again. Everyday brings a new day, it also brings friends and advice. Job understood all these things and even more and yet listened for a time to those who would speak to him in different ways.
He new also the most important thing, who he was, and who God was to him. He sought righteousness in the midst of many troubles and prevailed in life with God’s blessings. A time came after this verse where he elaborated a little on what he knew so to have those who were implying of him a stature of who he knew himself was not. How many of us understand, God speaks. The earth teaches, the fish of the sea declare knowledge, but who doesn’t know that it is God’s hand that makes this all happen.
Job ask a time of those to “hold your peace!” He knew “man that is born a woman is few of days, and full of trouble.”
Did you ever notice how the closer you are to climbing the mountain, the larger it appears to be?
With all that he stayed the course and “So the Lord blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning:…”
God is good in his own way, be blessed today.
