“And he shall judge among nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.” Isaiah 2 v4
prior verses are -“Learn to do well; seek judgment(justice), relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow. –Wash you, make you clean; put away evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;…”
Let us ask the Lord, in ourselves to guide with his judgement our hearts to make the right decisions. Let us work to do as his word leads the steps of our lives. Prepare us Lord in readiness to stand in your ways. Lord, push back the deception of our enemies as we are restored to right judgment within you. Lord we know in your word-“Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the Land: But if ye refuse and rebel…”
Lord, we thank you this day for your mercy and grace. Forgive us Lord of our misunderstandings and thank you as you continue to bring right understanding to us. Amen
