“All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.” 1 Corinthians 6 v12
Because all things are lawful do’s not mean everything is good or good for me. Paul wrote he would not become bound by those things of the law that could become controlling in ones life.
We can know the difference in what is right and what is wrong by the power of God-“And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.” We will understand.
Lord, let us pray for a renewing of your spirit in us. Let our ears hear what your spirit is saying to the church. Amen
