“Behold, for peace I had a great bitterness: but thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption: for thou hast cast all my sins behind my back.” Isaiah 38 v17
The Lord is so good to us. It is understood by those who have by faith accepted him as the savior. All that is behind us, at times difficult and full of bitterness, can be put behind us because of his love for the soul. The pit of corruption which is constant at trying to destroy the soul is overcome by the Love of God.
Lord, in all our difficulties and struggles be there for us. “O Lord, by all these things men live, and in all these things is the life of my spirit: so wilt thou recover me, and make me to live.” Amen.
