Out of Context…

Taken out of context, words can be used to manipulate thinking, influence decisions, create animosity, complacency,  and much more. Some would say, no harm done.

For example,

“Eye for an eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,” Exodus 21 v24

or

“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and percute you;”
