“Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all? And the Lord said,
Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, who his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath. But and if that servant say in his heart, My Lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken; The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. And that servant, which knew his lord’s will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled? But I have a baptism to be baptized with, and how am I straightened till it be accomplished! Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division: For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three. The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against the daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.” Luke 12 v41-53 AKJV

I am so very, very, grateful for your church this day. To understand is to know when a little guy walks by the table in a restaurant, all dressed up and there to eat after leaving church, and reaches his hand to touch a strangers and say hello is to know church is good. “Hello, he says.- and my reply-Hello, you have been to church all dressed up.-Yes..he says,-and my reply-your looking sharp, and church is a good place to go-as he smiled and goes of to his table. He comes by to go get his food,-Hello, we got a baby with us, he says…turn around and look,…and so I did as he insisted…I was glad he was proud of the baby. Thank you sir, he says and of again he goes with his folks, As I began leaving he was looking very hard, The Lord blessed me to be able to bless him with and offering for the plate next Sunday. To go to church is an awesome thing, to those who never came from the church-where is the part of theirs going to be. Lord, let me take on what you would have me to take on? Lord, my only life worthy strength and accomplishments are in you as I fall so short, so often, but as a mustard seed we continue, You have been and are so good to us and we thank you? My vision is in you, let it not fade, …
Hear our confessions Lord and renew a right spirit within us. Those who hear our words and use them for the wrong purposes, help us. Lord, we know your right people are in the right places. Let us put our trust in you. Amen
