The degradation time brings of things of the flesh, the flesh itself and all that is desired (stuff), do regress daily in the way which they are designed. The vessel of this life which contains the earthly desires will pass, yet the vessel of life-the soul-which contains the eternal choices that we make because of our eternal desires, that will go on forever-‘only by God’s excellent grace. The Love of God presents itself that we may choose him forever.
