“The Lord reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.” Psalm 99 v1

God’s sovereignty isn’t changed due to what appears as human circumstances. Even though on our level it may be hard to see, His mercy reigns through every situation. Time does not stand still unless he arranges it. Oceans are filled and refilled continually. His love endures forever through all the pains and the good times. 

Lord, let us thank you for this day. We bless your Holy name as we trust you to guide us in being set apart for your purposes. Lord, I pray a special prayer for my family. Lord, I pray for all others. Amen

What path shall I follow today? How do I know the will of God? What is right? It is all here in God’s word-in a good way. One start is-

“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.” Luke 2 v11
