“Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how then should we live?” Ezekiel 33 v10
For a man to continue in doing what is wrong and knowing it to be sow is a form of self destruction. Here, God is warning his people not to do that, he goes on in the next few verses to say…”turn ye, turn ye from your evil way; for why will ye die, …” .
The Lord is good and merciful, and a just God. I thank you Lord for your mercy and I thank you for your direction of life. Lord, help me always be conscious of what is right and to work in that direction. We thank you and bless you this day. Amen.
